Terms of Service
Version of 23 September 2026. These terms apply to every order placed through vantage-videos.lucrata.de or the payment links on it.
1. Provider
Vantage Videos is a service of Lucrata, owner Thomas de Vos, Hohes Land 1a, 46414 Rhede, Germany, VAT ID DE337207181 ("we"). Contact: kontakt@lucrata.de, +49 2872 9204517.
2. Business customers only
We sell exclusively to businesses: real estate agents, brokers, developers and other companies acting in their commercial or professional capacity. We do not sell to consumers. By placing an order you confirm that you are acting as a business and not as a consumer. Consumer protection rules that apply only to consumers, including the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, therefore do not apply.
3. What you get
- A property film of about 60 seconds in landscape format (16:9), made from the listing photos you provide.
- A cut of about 30 seconds in portrait format (9:16) for social media.
- Delivery as MP4 files by email download link.
The film is created with the help of artificial intelligence. It animates and connects your photos. It does not add rooms, features, furniture, views or finishes that are not visible in your photos. Both files carry a discreet notice that they are AI-generated. Please do not remove this notice.
4. Order, price and payment
You order by paying through one of our Stripe payment links. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. Prices are net prices. Business customers in Germany pay 19 % German VAT on top. For business customers in other EU countries the reverse charge applies, provided a valid VAT ID is entered at checkout. For business customers outside the EU no German VAT is charged. You receive an invoice by email after payment.
5. Your photos
After payment, please send your listing photos to kontakt@lucrata.de, or tell us the listing URL at checkout. We need at least 10 and at most 25 photos, each at least 1,920 pixels wide, ideally a mix of exterior and interior views. If the photos are not sufficient, we will tell you within one business day and the delivery period starts once suitable photos have arrived.
You confirm that you hold, or have obtained from the photographer and any other rights holder, all rights needed for us to edit the photos and turn them into a film, and for you to use the film as described in section 8. If a third party makes a claim against us because this is not the case, you will indemnify us against that claim and the reasonable costs of defending it.
Please avoid photos showing identifiable people or personal documents. If such content is included, we will blur or leave it out.
6. Delivery time
The delivery period of 48 or 24 hours, depending on the option you paid for, starts as soon as both your payment and suitable photos have reached us. If we miss the 24-hour delivery time, we refund the difference between the 24-hour and the 48-hour price.
7. Revision and refund
One round of revisions is included. Please send your revision request within 7 days of delivery. If you are still not satisfied after the revision, tell us within 7 days of receiving the revised film and we will refund the full price. Once refunded, you may no longer use the film.
8. Your right to use the film
Once paid, you may use the film without time limit for marketing the property shown, in all channels: property portals, your website, social media, email, presentations and paid advertising. You may not sell or license the film to others or use it to market a different property. You are responsible for checking the film before publishing it and for making sure your advertising complies with the rules that apply to you.
We will only show your film as a reference or example if you have agreed to this in writing.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an obligation that is essential for the performance of the contract, and in that case only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Our liability in such cases is limited to the price paid for the order concerned. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.
10. Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
11. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
These terms and every contract under them are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where legally permissible, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of the provider. We may also sue you at your own place of business.
12. Language
These terms are provided in English. No other language version applies.
