Which photos work best?
10 to 25 photos, at least 1,920 pixels wide, covering the exterior and all main rooms. Please only send photos you hold the rights to, which usually includes a license from your photographer.
Where can I use the film?
Without time limit for marketing this property, on all channels: Properstar and other portals, your website, social media, your exposé and paid ads. Not for other properties and not for resale.
How accurate is the film?
It conveys atmosphere and only shows what is in your photos. We add no rooms, furniture or views. Small differences in perspective are possible, and the film is labelled as AI-generated.
What if I don't like something?
One round of revisions is included. Simply reply to the delivery email within 7 days. If you are still not satisfied afterwards, we refund the full price.
When does the delivery time start?
As soon as both your payment and your photos have arrived. If we miss the 24-hour express time, we refund the difference to the standard price.
How do I pay, and what about VAT?
Securely via Stripe, in your local currency, with an invoice by email. Prices are net. Businesses in Germany pay 19% VAT on top, EU businesses with a VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge, businesses outside the EU pay no German VAT.
